The following Myspace code will hide your
"search form" on your MySpace
Profile .
All you have to do is Copy & Paste the
myspace code below to your "About Me"
section of your Myspace profile.
Hide Search Form Code:

Login to your MySpace account you would like to
change/edit.
Click on the Link "Edit Profile".
